Simulator

Estimate the time your business can win back

The starting numbers are just an example: replace them with your own. The simulator estimates the hours freed up and what that time is worth at the hourly cost you enter.

Editable example: move the sliders

Gross salary plus employer contributions, divided by hours worked. €25 is a sample value.

Copy-pasting between programs, sorting emails, payment reminders, checks. If you're not sure, count for one week.

This is an assumption to verify, not a measurement. The 60% starting point is only an example: the real share depends on how much of the work follows fixed rules, how many exceptions there are, and what must stay under a person's control. It's set by looking at the actual process.

Time freed up

18
Hours freed per week, for the whole team
117
8-hour days freed per year

Value of that time at your hourly cost

€1,949
Value of the time per month
Value of the time per year
€23,388

The value of time is not money saved. Freed-up hours become real savings only if they cut actual costs (overtime, outside contractors, a hire you put off) or if you use them for work that brings in revenue. If the hours just sit idle, the cash saving is zero.

How the calculation works and what it leaves out
  • Hours freed per week = people × repetitive hours × automatable share: 3 × 10 × 60% = 18 hours (rounded to the hour).
  • Monthly value = hours freed × hourly cost × 4.33 weeks: 18 × €25 × 4.33 = €1,949. The yearly value is the monthly one times 12.
  • Days per year = hours freed × 52 weeks ÷ 8 hours: 18 × 52 ÷ 8 = 117.
  • It does not include the cost of the project, the running costs of connected services (licenses, usage of artificial intelligence services), or support: that is why it is not a calculation of net return on investment.
  • It does not account for the time still needed to check and approve what the system prepares, for vacations, or for slower periods.
