The client asks for a meeting and gets the confirmation

Accounting firm

"Can we meet Thursday at 3?" To answer, someone has to open a colleague's calendar, check, write back, add the appointment and remember to remind the client the day before. If the time is taken, it's back and forth by email.

What you check

Conferme automatiche solo a contatti verificati. Per un indirizzo nuovo la conferma è una bozza.

Solo orari davvero liberi. Conta apertura dello studio, chiusure e agenda del professionista.

Promemoria nelle ore giuste. Lo studio sceglie quante ore prima e la fascia in cui non si manda niente.

Frequently asked questions

Does it connect to Google Calendar or Outlook?

Not today: appointments live in the system's calendar, with the firm's opening hours and each accountant's availability. Connecting the calendar you already use has to be evaluated together.

When does the reminder go out?

24 hours before by default; the firm can change the hours and, if it allows, each person for their own appointments. Nothing goes out between 9 PM and 8 AM: the reminder moves before or after that window. It only goes to a verified contact and, if someone already sent it by hand, it doesn't go out again.

What if the client isn't a verified contact?

The confirmation becomes a draft with the time already checked. The appointment goes into the calendar when the accountant presses Send.

Can it move or cancel an appointment?

Yes, if the client asks by email the system proposes or confirms the new time with the same rules. From the calendar the accountant can move or cancel whenever they want.
