A client asks "how much did I pay in June?" and to answer someone has to open their folder, find the right tax return, then the F24 tax payment form, maybe the email with the payment receipt. Searching takes longer than answering, and meanwhile the email waits.
What you check

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to copy the files somewhere?
No. The Assistant explores the server folders as they are, without copying them into an index. It searches by meaning only in the last year's communications and in the firm's Library.
Can it get a number wrong?
It can happen, which is why every figure carries its source number and the file opens with one click. If it can't find something it says so and tells you where it looked, and if two documents look alike it flags the doubt.
Does it answer the client?
No. The Assistant answers the professional and gives no tax opinions: it reports what's in the documents. The email to the client is written, approved and sent by the professional.
Who can see what?
The Assistant has read-only access to the files and sees only the communications the person asking can read. The AI models run on Azure in a European region.
