At the front desk the phone rings for the same things: when can I do my lesson, how much does it cost, when does my learner's permit (foglio rosa) expire. Meanwhile the instructors have gaps in their schedule because someone canceled the night before. And now and then a student realizes too late that the permit is about to expire.
What you check
Norme e pratiche le spiega la segreteria. Le regole sul foglio rosa cambiano e un errore costa caro all'allievo.
Solo orari liberi davvero. Istruttore e auto giusti per il tipo di patente.
Nessun foglio rosa scade a sorpresa. La segreteria lo sa con settimane di anticipo.

Frequently asked questions
Does the system also answer questions about learner's permit rules?
No. Renewals, documents and exams are explained by the front desk: the rules change (since April 22, 2026 the mandatory lessons for category B went from 6 to 8 hours, split into four modules) and a mistake costs the student dearly. The system handles lessons, time slots and deadlines.
Which calendar does it work with?
With Google Calendar, or with the calendar of your management software if it allows reading and writing it: that has to be checked. It needs to know which instructor and which car are free, and for which license.
What if a student cancels at the last minute?
The spot is offered to those on the waiting list, and the first to answer gets it. If nobody answers within two hours, the instructor knows he has a gap.
How does it know when the learner's permit expires?
From the student's file, where the front desk records the expiry, the hours done and the exam. If the file is wrong the alert is wrong too, which is why the exam date is always chosen by the front desk.
