Every postponement, filing or order reaches the firm by PEC (certified email). Someone should tell the client, in plain words, but between hearings and deadlines it slips. So the client is the one who calls, often at the worst moment, to ask where things stand.
What you check

Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to the electronic case file?
It starts from the court PEC messages the firm already receives. A direct connection to the file goes through the online court filing software you use, and needs to be evaluated case by case.
Does it comment on the case in my place?
No. It summarizes what happened and what changes in the dates. What it means for the case you write yourself, and without your approval the client receives nothing.
Does it calculate procedural deadlines?
No. It copies into the calendar the date written in the notice; the firm calculates the deadlines.
What about judgments?
Judgments and orders with consequences for the client don't get a written message: the system puts the client to call at the top of your list, with the summary ready.
