Your regulars fill the empty Wednesday

Restaurant, neighborhood trattoria

On Wednesday night you have 14 booked for 45 seats. Meanwhile there are customers who used to come every two or three weeks and haven't been seen in a month: you notice late, and you don't have time to write to each one. A flyer to everyone you don't want to do, it looks like a place in trouble.

What you check

Approvi tu testo, offerta ed elenco. Una volta sola per tutto il gruppo, prima dell'invio.

Scrive solo a chi ha dato il consenso, al conto o quando ha prenotato. Chi risponde «stop» esce.

I casi delicati li chiami tu. Chi si è lamentato di recente non riceve promozioni.

Le offerte le decidi tu all'inizio. L'AI sceglie solo a chi proporle.

Similar cases

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

1Neighborhood pizzerias with an always-empty Tuesday
2Osterie and wine bars that want to see their wine customers again
3Seafood restaurants that are slow on weekdays in winter

Frequently asked questions

How does it know how often a customer comes?

From reservations with name and number and from enrollment in the Club through the QR on the check. Register receipts alone don't say who ate, so anyone who pays and never enrolled doesn't count.

Do we need the customers' consent?

Yes, for promotional messages it's required. It's asked when they enroll through the QR or when they book, and anyone who replies "stop" leaves the list. Without consent the customer stays out.

Who decides the offers?

You, at the start: a glass of wine, a dessert, no discounts if you don't want them. The system chooses who to offer them to and writes the text; before sending you approve the list and messages.

How much does it cost to send the messages?

Promotional WhatsApp messages go out with templates approved by Meta and are paid per message, at the rate Meta applies for Italy. The system writes only to the chosen customers, not the whole address book.
