The client forwards the letter from the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency) with a "should I be worried?". The email ends up among all the others, someone opens it, the deadline is written as days from receipt and nobody writes it down. You remember it when the client calls back.
What you check
Nessun parere al cliente. Sulle lettere degli enti il sistema conferma solo la ricezione, e solo se un professionista la invia.
La data la conferma il professionista. Quella calcolata resta segnata come tale.
L'attività la crea una persona. Il sistema propone cosa fare e chi potrebbe farlo.

Frequently asked questions
Does the system answer the client on the substance of the letter?
No. Communications from public bodies are always Manual only: the system just prepares a confirmation of receipt, which goes out when the accountant presses Send.
Where does it get the deadline from?
From the letter. If the deadline is in days from receipt, it counts from when the email arrives, because it doesn't always know the notification date. That's why the date stays "to be confirmed" until an accountant checks and confirms it.
Does it connect to PEC or the Cassetto fiscale (online tax drawer)?
No. Today the letter arrives when the client forwards it by email. Connecting the firm's PEC is something to evaluate together; it isn't in the product.
Who decides who gets the task?
A person. The system proposes the task with the date and a summary of the letter, the accountant picks who it goes to and presses "Create task". The task shows up in the firm's work list, linked to the client's email.
