Replies to residents on autopilot

Condominium management

When to put the trash out, when the meeting is, where the minutes are: the same questions come in every week from every building, often in the evening. The answers are already written in the condominium documents, but someone has to go and dig for them. Meanwhile the real work waits.

Risponde citando il documento del condominioOgni condòmino vede solo il suo palazzoLe emergenze vanno subito al tecnico e a te

What you check

Ogni condòmino vede solo il suo stabile. I dati personali, come le quote, solo al numero registrato per quell'interno.

Risponde solo con quello che c'è nei documenti. Niente pareri legali.

Le emergenze non aspettano. Tecnico e amministratore avvisati subito.

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

Frequently asked questions

Can a resident see another resident's data?

No. Each number is tied to its unit and its building. Personal data, such as shares of expenses, goes only to the number registered for that unit.

What happens with a water leak at night?

It immediately alerts the contracted technician and the manager. It tells the resident who will call back and what to do in the meantime, only if you wrote that in the building's instructions.

Does it answer disputes about installments?

No. Disputes, questions about installments and legal matters go to the manager; the resident only gets confirmation that the request has been taken on.

Who uploads the documents?

The manager: rules, minutes, calendars, supplier contacts, kept separate for each building. If two documents say different things, the system doesn't pick one and passes the question to the manager.
