Does it work with my payroll software?
The system prepares the file in the import format of the software you use, Zucchetti, TeamSystem or others. Which format it accepts and how to import it is checked against your software before starting.
Does it calculate payslips?
No. It collects and reorders attendance. Contracts, contributions and calculations stay in the payroll software, and anomalies are decided by the consultant.
Can employees see other people's data?
No. The system only answers the number the company registered for that employee, and only with data from their own payslip. Questions about Law 104 leave, maternity, sick leave or disputes go to the firm.
What about companies that send a photo of the attendance sheet?
It reads that too. Cells it can't read and initials it doesn't understand are flagged instead of guessed.
