Every week new items arrive with three supplier photos and a technical sheet in PDF. Until someone writes the description, the features and the answers to the usual questions, that product doesn't exist on the site. Usually that someone is you, in the evening.
What you check
Nessun dato inventato.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with my online store?
With Shopify and WooCommerce, yes: their APIs let it create the product as a draft and publish it after your okay. With other platforms or with the management system it goes through an import file, and it needs to be checked case by case.
What if the AI makes up a measurement or a material?
Every detail in the draft is compared against the supplier's sheet. If a detail has no source, the draft stops and the point is highlighted. If the supplier doesn't give the weight, the weight doesn't appear on the listing.
Do I have to reread every listing?
You see them all in preview before they go online. When there are many, you approve them in bulk and open only the flagged ones. For safety shoes, insoles and children's footwear you write the text yourself.
Does it write the way we write?
It uses as examples the listings you've already written well. In the first weeks it's worth correcting more, and the corrected listings are added to the examples.
