Boiler locked out: answer from the manual, technician booked
Boiler and air-conditioner installation and service
A customer sees an error code on the boiler or air conditioner display and writes to you, often in the evening or on the weekend. Sometimes one check that the manual allows the customer to do is enough, other times a technician is needed. On a gas boiler bad advice is a risk, and meanwhile you're on another job.
What you check

Frequently asked questions
Where does it get its answers?
From cards prepared once for each model you install, starting from the manufacturers' user manuals, and approved by you. The AI rewrites them in plain words but doesn't add checks that the manual doesn't allow the user to do. If there's no card for a model, it passes the case to the technician.
What if the customer smells gas?
They receive only the safety instructions: don't touch switches, open the windows, call the gas distributor's emergency line or 112. No instructions about the boiler. At the same moment the on-call technician's phone rings.
How is this different from the maintenance reminder?
You start the reminder yourself, to book maintenance that's coming due. Here it's the customer who writes to you with a fault or an error code, often after hours, and what's needed is a safe answer and a visit.
Does the AI decide the call-out fee?
No. It comes from your rate sheet and you approve it before the confirmation goes out. If the boiler is still under warranty, the cost line stays empty and you decide it.
