When the job is finished, you do the invoice in the evening or on Saturday, whenever you remember. Some slip through, others go out weeks later and the customer pays even later. Chasing people who don't pay makes you uncomfortable, and you often let it go.
What you check

Frequently asked questions
Which invoicing software does it work with?
Fatture in Cloud and Aruba have official integrations for creating invoices, and those are the simplest cases. With other software we check case by case. Transmission to the SDI is always done by your software, as it is today.
Who decides the VAT rate?
Not the AI. Amounts come from the quote and the price list, the rate from the rules you set in the software with your accountant, for example for work in homes.
What if the customer wants to claim the tax deduction?
Then they have to pay by "bonifico parlante" (a bank transfer with the special reason code): the system doesn't send the card payment link and writes them the reason to use. If the customer has already paid another way, the case passes to you.
Won't the reminders hurt the relationship with the customer?
Only the first, polite one goes out automatically, with a text you approve. From the second on you decide whether and how to write, and you can exclude the customers you follow personally altogether.
