You have three stores and a single accounting office. The supplier's invoice arrives at headquarters, often without an order number, and to work out which store ordered what you have to open the management system, look up the order, compare lines and prices. If nobody does it, the cost ends up on the wrong store and the agreed discounts get lost.
What you check
Nessuna fattura con differenze aperte va in pagamento.
Le differenze le decide Carla. Il sistema le trova e le spiega.
Prezzi confrontati con il contratto caricato. Se il contratto non c'è, il prezzo non viene giudicato.

Frequently asked questions
Is AI needed to read the invoices?
No. The e-invoice is an XML file with orderly fields: lines, prices, references to order and delivery note can be read directly. The AI is only used to explain in plain words what doesn't add up.
Which management system does it work with?
Invoices come from the channel you use for the SDI (Italy's e-invoice system; Aruba, Fatture in Cloud and the like). Orders have to be read from the management system, for example Mexal, with a periodic export or with APIs where they exist. This needs to be checked with you before starting.
What happens if it can't find the order?
The invoice isn't assigned to any store: Carla sees it with the possible stores and chooses herself. If two orders could fit, it shows both.
What about the prices agreed with the supplier?
The comparison uses the price list or contract you load into the records. If the contract isn't there, the price isn't judged and the system flags it.
