Patients who quit mid-course get a call back

Physical therapy and rehabilitation center

The patient starts a course of ten sessions, feels better after four and stops. They don't tell you: they just don't rebook. Between one session and the next nobody notices, and often you see them again months later with the same pain.

What you check

Le decisioni cliniche restano tue. Il sistema segnala chi si è fermato, non dice perché.

Ogni messaggio porta la tua firma.

I pazienti delicati li contatti tu. Post operatori e fragili non ricevono bozze.

Similar cases

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

1Osteopaths, for patients who skip their scheduled checkups
2Speech therapists, for children who drop out of the program
3Post-surgery rehabilitation centers, with the call back made by the physical therapist

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to record the pain after every session?

No. If you record it, it shows up in the draft; if you don't, the follow-up works anyway with a simpler message.

Which software does it work with?

You need practice software or a calendar to read courses and appointments from, even with a weekly export. The names of the software used in the field vary a lot: we check yours at the start.

What about post-surgery or fragile patients?

Those you flag as delicate don't get drafts: they come to you with their chart and you decide whether to call them.

Does the system reply to patients?

Not when they talk about how they're doing. Marco writes the reply to Giulia; the system only shows him the free slots.
