The quote goes out, the follow-up never slips

Window installers, contractors and companies that give quotes

You do the site visit, send the quote for the windows, the customer says "we'll think about it" and then nothing. Following up feels awkward and between one installation and the next you forget. Often they only had a doubt about the installments, the tax deduction or the installation time, and meanwhile they've signed with someone else.

What you check

La trattativa la fai tu. Appena il cliente risponde, i messaggi automatici si fermano.

Al massimo due richiami per preventivo.

Il testo del richiamo lo approvi una volta. Se esce dal modello, aspetta il tuo sì.

Similar cases

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

1Building contractor waiting for an answer on a renovation quote
2Wedding photographer with pending requests
3Body shop with a quote not yet accepted

Frequently asked questions

Won't the customer feel pestered?

At most two messages per quote, a week apart. If the notes say not to disturb them or to get back to them later, nothing goes out.

Where do the quotes have to be kept?

The Excel or Google sheet you already use is fine, or a CRM like HubSpot. You only need a few details: customer, contact, amount, date sent and status.

Who writes the messages?

The AI starts from a template you approve at the beginning and adapts it to the quote. If the text strays from the template it doesn't go out and comes to you.

And when the customer replies?

The automatic messages stop and you get a summary of what they're asking. From there you carry the negotiation forward yourself.
