Anyone looking at your property reads the latest reviews and notices the critical ones left without a reply. Replying well means understanding what really happened and not writing the usual “thanks for the feedback.” In peak season there's no time, and the reviews pile up.

Frequently asked questions
Does it publish directly on Booking?
No. Booking and TripAdvisor open reviews only to certified management systems: the draft is ready and you paste it into the extranet, or your management system publishes it if it allows it. On Google the reply is published through the profile's official connection.
Can it promise things I haven't decided?
No. It only mentions the fixes you wrote in your notes. If the draft promises anything else, it's blocked before it reaches you.
What language does it reply in?
In the language the guest wrote in. You read it translated into Italian before approving it.
What about fake or abusive reviews?
It doesn't touch them: they come to you without a draft, with the booking data if there is any. You report them to the portal yourself.
