You're under a sink or on a ladder and the phone rings. Someone with water on the floor won't wait for your evening callback: they call the next plumber on the list, and the job goes to him.
What you check
I prezzi li approvi tu.

Frequently asked questions
How does it know I missed a call?
Your number is forwarded, when you don't answer, to a virtual switchboard that alerts the system. It's set up with your phone carrier or a cloud switchboard, and we check it together before starting. The WhatsApp number has to be connected to Meta's official APIs.
What if the AI misreads the fault from the photo?
It doesn't give firm diagnoses: it writes "from the photo it looks like" and takes the price only from your rate sheet. Before anything goes out you see the photo, the time slot and the price, and you can change everything. If the photo isn't enough, it asks the customer for another photo or a couple more lines.
What happens with emergencies?
Water that won't stop, smell of gas, boiler down in winter: the system books nothing on its own and rings your phone with a summary. To the customer it sends only the safety instructions and, for gas, the distributor's emergency line or 112.
Do I have to change the software I use for customers and appointments?
No. We start from the customer sheet and the calendar you use today, for example Google Calendar. If you have management software for tradespeople, the connection is checked case by case.
