Customer writes “same as last time,” order is ready
Technical distributor and industrial components
Longtime customers order with a single message: “send me 50 O-rings like last time.” In the office someone has to open the management system, find the last order, work out which item they meant and redo codes and discounts. When there are dozens of orders a day, the morning disappears this way.
What you check
Sconti e condizioni vengono dall'anagrafica. L'AI non ne inventa.
Quando un articolo ha due versioni, si chiede al cliente.
Ogni conferma d'ordine passa da una persona.

Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to our management system?
Three things are needed: customer records, order history and entry of the new order. With Zucchetti, TeamSystem, Passepartout or SAP the connection is checked with you: sometimes it's direct, sometimes it goes through an export. Before starting, we test it on your data.
What if the customer writes an item that has two versions?
The system picks the one that customer buys most often, marks it to be confirmed and puts the question in the order confirmation. Until the customer answers, the order doesn't enter the management system.
Does it work on both WhatsApp and email?
Yes, even with scanned faxes. For WhatsApp you need the sales office number connected to Meta's official APIs.
What about a new customer?
Without history it applies neither codes nor discounts: it prepares a reply asking for the details and passes it to the sales rep.
