Members who stop coming are called back before expiry

Gyms and fitness centers

A member comes twice a week, then once, then vanishes. At expiry he doesn't renew and you only notice then, when it's too late. With three hundred members nobody has time to look at check-ins one by one.

What you check

Sconti, rinnovi e cambi di piano li firmi tu.

Il primo messaggio chiede come va. A chi ha smesso di venire non si parte con uno sconto.

Al massimo due messaggi. Poi l'iscritto passa a te da chiamare.

Frequently asked questions

Where does it get the check-ins?

From the gym's management software or the turnstile software. Some let other programs read the data, others only allow a periodic export: we check together on the software you use.

Does it send discounts automatically?

No. The automatic message asks how it's going and invites the member back, at most with a class already included in the membership. Renewals, discounts and plan changes come to you as a draft and you sign them.

What about someone who stopped because of an injury?

If the suspension is recorded in the management software, the member isn't flagged. If someone replies that he wants to cancel or complains, the message goes straight to you.

How many messages does a member get?

At most two for each recall: the first and a reminder after five days. If he doesn't answer, he lands on your list of people to call.
