Clients who skip their color, called back in time

Hair salons and barbershops

Every client has her own rhythm: some do color every six weeks and some cut every three. When one skips a round, she's usually trying another salon, and you find out months later. Scrolling through the schedule to find them is something nobody does, because in the salon your hands are always busy.

What you check

Sconti e omaggi li decidi tu. Il richiamo ricorda e propone un orario, non regala niente.

Le regole le scegli all'inizio: chi riceve messaggi, quando, e quali clienti vedi prima tu.

Al massimo due messaggi per richiamo. Chi dice di no non viene più scritta.

Similar cases

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

1Barbershops with clients who cut every two or three weeks
2Trichology centers with treatments in cycles
3Tattoo and permanent makeup studios, for touch-ups

Frequently asked questions

How does it know how often a client comes?

It calculates it from the appointment history, service by service. Someone who cuts every three weeks is called back sooner than someone who gets highlights every two months. With fewer than three visits there's no rhythm yet, and the client gets no reminders.

Does it connect to Fresha, Treatwell or Planity?

We can't guarantee a direct connection, because they don't always open their data to other programs. We usually start from a periodic export of the history, for example once a week, and check case by case whether more can be done.

What if a client doesn't want to be written to?

She just has to reply no and she gets no more reminders. For each recall at most two messages go out, the second only if she hasn't answered the first.

Can I choose who gets the message?

Yes. At the start you set the rules and mark the clients you'd rather contact yourself: for them the system prepares a draft and waits for you.
