A family writes about a communion: 50 people, June 14, a few kids and two vegetarians. To answer, you have to open the price list, run the numbers and put together the PDF, and between one service and the next two days go by. Meanwhile the family has asked other restaurants too.
What you check

Frequently asked questions
Where does it get the prices?
From a sheet with your events price list, filled in once: menus by price tier, kids' menu, room, cake, extras. Anything that isn't on the price list stays an empty line for you to fill in.
Does anything go out without me?
No. The quote reaches the family only after you sign it, and above 80 guests it asks you to call first.
How is the deposit paid?
With a Stripe or Satispay link, if you already use them or turn them on. Until the deposit arrives the room is only on hold, and when the quote expires it goes back to being free.
What if the request comes by email?
It reads both WhatsApp and the restaurant's email inbox. Requests made in person you forward yourself with a message.
