Where does it get the prices?
From your group price list, even a simple Excel sheet. The AI doesn't decide prices: if an item is missing, it stays blank and you fill it in.
Does it put the rooms on hold in the property management system?
Only if the system has an open connection. Otherwise it reminds you to do it by hand.
What if the customer asks for a discount?
Discounts above the threshold you set and items outside the price list come to you with the margin calculated. The quote doesn't go out until you complete it.
Is the VAT right?
It uses the rate you indicated for each item on the price list, for example 10% for lodging and meals and 22% for the hall. You or your accountant check the rates when you set up the price list.
