Always know who authorized the F24 and who didn't

Accounting firm

The F24 is ready, but then someone has to send it, wait for the client to say whether the firm should go ahead or they'll pay it themselves, remember who hasn't replied and check who has actually paid. With dozens of clients on the same due date, the picture lives in someone's head or in a spreadsheet nobody updates.

What you check

Similar cases

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

1Payroll consultants, for F24s of contributions and withholdings of client companies
2Accounting partnerships, to track every client's June balance and advance F24s
3Tax assistance centers (CAF), for the F24 installments of their filers

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to connect our accounting software?

No. The system reads the PDFs the firm already saves in its clients' folders on the server, whatever program produces them. The server needs to be reachable by the system: how to do that is decided together with the firm.

What if the client doesn't reply?

They have 3 business days, which the firm and each person for their own clients can change, and never past the business day before the due date. Then whoever handles the job gets a notification and can send a reminder with one click, in the same conversation.

If the client writes "I paid", is the F24 marked as paid?

No. The reply is recorded, but the F24 stays "To pay" until the firm links the payment receipt. The system doesn't check payments on the Cassetto fiscale (the taxpayer's online tax drawer).

Does anything go out without the firm seeing it?

By default, no: every send starts from the preview, with one click. The firm can turn on automatic sending for a type of job, but it never applies to scans, to a tax code that doesn't match the client record or to an F24 still to be matched.
