Everyone entering the site has their papers in order

Construction company and general contractor

For every subcontracting firm, nine or ten PDFs arrive: DURC (social security compliance certificate), POS (site safety plan), training certificates, insurance policy, company registry extract. Opening them one by one takes an afternoon, and if a certificate has expired the responsibility is yours too. Often you only find out when the inspector shows up.

What you check

Similar cases

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

1Manufacturer qualifying suppliers with certifications and questionnaires
2Hotel or healthcare facility checking the documents of maintenance contractors
3Consortium of companies keeping the document deadline calendar for all its members

Frequently asked questions

Does it check the DURC and the points-based license on the portals by itself?

No. The INPS, INAIL and labor inspectorate portals don't offer an automatic connection, so a person does the online check. The system prepares the tax code and the links, and records the date of the check in the deadline calendar.

Who decides whether a firm enters the site?

You, or whoever is responsible for safety. The system reads, compares and prepares requests, but it doesn't clear or exclude anyone. It passes doubtful cases to the safety coordinator with the pages already highlighted.

What if a document is an unreadable scan?

It doesn't guess: the row stays yellow and a person looks at it. Every value it reads carries the PDF page it came from, so you can check it in a moment.

Does it also work for the suppliers of a manufacturing company?

Yes, the engine is the same. Only the list of documents changes: quality certifications, safety data sheets, the supplier questionnaire.
