On the 10th of the month you look at the bank statement and find that twenty families out of a hundred and forty haven't paid tuition yet. Reminding them in person at the end of class embarrasses you and them, and meanwhile the arrears grow. Some just forgot and some are struggling, and the two have to be handled differently.
What you check

Frequently asked questions
What if a family paid but the transfer can't be found?
A transfer with an odd reference, maybe made by the grandfather, goes into a list to be matched by hand. Until you check it, that family doesn't get reminders.
Which bank does it work with?
With any bank that lets you export the statement, even in Excel. For payment by link we use a service like Stripe or Satispay: we decide which one together, based on what you already use.
Can I exclude some families?
Yes. Families you flag as struggling, or that have an agreement to pay in installments, don't get automatic messages: the system only reminds you to talk to them yourself.
Who decides the tone of the messages?
You do, at the start, by approving the template of the first reminder. From the second month the system only prepares a draft: you send it, change it or call yourself.
