In your management software you have thousands of contacts who didn't buy: they wanted a model you didn't have, or had a different budget. A year later that car comes in as a trade-in, but nobody remembers who was looking for it. And the customer buys it from someone else.
What you check
Solo chi ha accettato di essere ricontattato. Senza consenso non si scrive.
Il venditore firma ogni messaggio. Parte il testo che ha letto, parola per parola.

Frequently asked questions
Can I write to all the contacts in the management software?
No. To write to people who didn't buy, they must have agreed to be contacted again: the dealership's interest isn't enough. Before starting we check with you which contacts have that consent, and the others don't enter the flow.
Does the message go out on its own?
No. The salesperson signs it, and exactly the text he read goes out. If a price appears in the draft that differs from the stock price, the draft is blocked.
How many times does it write to the same person?
At most once every six months. Anyone who replies that they're no longer interested is removed from the lists for good.
Where does it get contacts and cars?
From the export of the dealership's management software: inquiries from the last two years and updated stock. If the stock isn't updated, nothing goes out that night.
