Simple tax questions get answered, with the source

Accounting firm

"Do I need the stamp duty on invoices without VAT?" Questions like this arrive every week. The answer is written in a guide from the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency), but someone has to stop, find it again and write it up. Meanwhile, questions that really need advice arrive too, and they have to be recognized.

Risponde solo da guide ufficiali e modelli dello studioParte da sola solo se un secondo controllo è sicuroI pareri sul caso restano al professionista

What you check

Solo fonti ufficiali o dello studio.

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

2Firms sending sample termination or proxy letters on request

Frequently asked questions

What if it answers wrong?

It only goes out on its own if the guide's passage is very close to the question and a second check confirms with high confidence that it answers fully, with no personal data or advice. In every other case it becomes a draft to approve. In our tests with the current model, stamp duty on exempt invoices went out on its own, while the flat-rate threshold, IMU (property tax) on a home lent to a son and a tax notice (avviso bonario) stayed with the accountant.

Does the client see which document the answer comes from?

The client gets a simple answer, with no references to guides they don't have. The document and page stay in the request, for the firm, and open with one click. When the answer is a draft, the rule is cited with document and page.

What's in the Library?

Official guides, instructions and circulars from the Agenzia delle Entrate and the ministries, plus the firm's templates such as contracts, proxies and termination letters. The firm can upload more. Paid databases aren't copied: they're consulted with the firm's subscription.

Can it be turned off?

Yes. Automatic answers from the Library are a setting: when off, the same questions arrive as a draft with the source already found.
