Courses, check-ups, inspections: no more surprise deadlines
Companies with employees, vehicles and equipment
In a metalworking shop there are a lot of dates: training for whoever uses the overhead crane and the truck-mounted crane, first aid and fire safety, workers' medical check-ups, the van's inspection, extinguisher checks. Each one is written on a sheet that only one person looks at. You find out the first aid course has expired during an inspection, or on the day you needed it.
What you check
Nessuna richiesta parte senza il tuo sì.
Le date lette dagli attestati le conferma una persona.
Il foglio resta il vostro. Il sistema lo legge e lo aggiorna, non ne crea un altro.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my deadline sheet?
No. We start from the Excel or Google sheet you already keep. If the deadlines are scattered among several people, the first job is putting them together.
Does the system sign people up for courses on its own?
No. It prepares the request and waits for your yes before sending it.
What if it misreads a date from the certificate?
The date it reads is proposed, not written: it becomes final when a person confirms it. If it's not legible it stays blank and asks you.
Does it handle health data?
No. For medical check-ups the system handles only names and due dates; results stay with the company physician.
