The right notices reach the interested clients

Accounting firm

Every week brings new regional, chamber of commerce and national grants, and now and then a circular that changes the rules. For firms that follow incentives, reading everything and working out which clients it affects takes hours nobody has. So the client hears about the grant from a friend, when it's already closed, or gets the circular and calls to ask whether it applies to them too.

What you check

The same automation logic applied to other kinds of business:

1Firms that follow subsidized financing and client incentives
2Payroll consultants, for hiring incentives
3Trade associations that inform members about chamber of commerce grants

Frequently asked questions

Which sources does it read?

The ones we choose with the firm: Region and Chamber of Commerce sites, incentivi.gov.it. Where there's no official list, the web page is checked, and it needs watching because it breaks when the site changes. Paid databases are used only if the license allows it.

Does it tell the client they'll get the grant?

No. The client only receives the communication confirmed by the owner, with requirements still to be verified marked as such. The amount is confirmed by the consultant.

Does it submit the application?

No. The application on the portal is submitted by the firm; the system signs nothing and sends nothing to the public administration.

What about regulatory news?

It has its own path: the system identifies the clients who might be affected and prepares the draft. The professional confirms interpretation and recipients, then the communication goes out and clients' replies go to the staff member who follows them.
