In September the school's phone doesn't stop: how much does it cost, which days, is there room, can we try it. The questions come in the evening, when the front desk is closed, and whoever gets no answer tries the school across town. And whoever takes the trial lesson often never gets called back.
What you check

Frequently asked questions
What if a parent asks something that isn't written anywhere?
The system doesn't try to guess: it replies that the front desk will get back to them the next day and passes along the message. On its own it only answers with what's written in the school's documents.
Who keeps classes and prices up to date?
The front desk, in a shared sheet with classes, schedules, prices and free spots. The prices in the replies are copied from there. If the sheet hasn't been updated in over a month, the replies wait for the front desk.
What data does it ask about children?
Only name and age. Medical certificates and health information are handed in at the front desk, not in chat.
Does it work with the software we already use?
If the software lets other programs read classes and enrolled students, yes, but it has to be checked on yours. Otherwise we start from the shared sheet, which is enough for a small school.
