Frequently asked questions

Questions about costs, timelines and how it works

Answers to the most common questions before starting an automation project.

No, our focus is small and medium-sized businesses and professional firms, where automating repetitive tasks makes an immediate difference to the hours the owner and the team spend working.

We don't publish a price list because every project starts from a different process. What we can do is explain how the cost is built, so you know what to expect in the quote:

  • Project setup, one time only: process analysis, building the connections, testing with your team and going live. After the free 30-minute call we send you a fixed-price quote for this part.
  • Service usage costs, recurring if needed: licenses or subscriptions for the software to be connected, the service the automation runs on, and the use of artificial intelligence services, which grows with the number of documents or messages handled. These are separate from the setup and depend on your volumes.
  • Support: fixes, updates when software or rules change, new cases to handle. We agree on how to handle it before the project starts.

What makes the quote vary: how many programs need to be connected and whether they allow reading and writing data, how many special cases there are, how many documents or messages arrive each month, which checks and approvals stay with people, and whether the data needs to be cleaned up first.

For a first process, the rough estimate is 6–12 weeks. A focused first release can arrive sooner; integrations, data preparation and exceptional cases can add time. We set the schedule after analyzing the process.

Usually not: we start from the programs you already use, such as management software, CRM, Excel spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp and e-invoicing (fatturazione elettronica). That said, we can't guarantee in advance that every program connects in the same way. Before the quote, we check, program by program:

  • Data access: whether the program offers a direct connection for other software or whether we have to go through exported and imported files.
  • Exports: which data can be extracted, in what format and how often.
  • Permissions: a dedicated user who sees only what's needed, authorized by whoever manages the program.
  • Licenses: whether your version or subscription allows access from other programs, or whether an add-on module from the vendor is required.

If a direct connection isn't possible, we tell you what the alternative is (exported files, a dedicated email inbox, a controlled manual step) and what it means for timing and reliability.

None. We take care of design, development, testing and hands-on support. Your team just keeps doing its own work.

We handle all data in full compliance with the GDPR, with encrypted connections and minimum permissions. We sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before accessing any information.
